Janice has been practicing massage since 1993 after graduating from Myotherapy Institute of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City. She began her practice in Salt Lake City while still teaching high school special education. After 20 years of teaching, moving into a full-time massage practice was a welcome transition! And so, the change was made.

Janice and her daughter, Cristan, moved to San Diego in 1997 where she continued her massage practice as a Holistic Health Practitioner.

Now residing in Carmel Valley, Janice's business "Stress Reduction Therapies" is primarily out of The Better Health & Wellness Center in Poway. On-Site massage and chair massage is available. Janice's training was at the MyoTherapy Institute of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City. She has also had numerous classes in various modalities over the past years; remaining current in her training.

Janice is also an up and coming musician, singing and playing guitar at coffee shops and private parties!
